Course Overview

Business Unlimited gives you the building blocks to take your idea and create an innovative business. Each module consists of 3-5 units that are delivered in a practical, hands on approach, where you have the chance to create a real business in a supportive environment.

The Entrepreneur Mindset

This is an essential starting point to build the fundamentals in business. You willlearn how to prioritise your work load, analyse your key strengths and the critical lesson of working smarter not harder. The right mindset will allow you to take on challenges every single day and we will start teaching you to be a lateral thinker, where stepping outside of the box and creativity comes naturally.

Innovation that will change your tomorrow

This block will give you the opportunity to generate innovative business ideas, learn how to create feasibility studies and also the chance to pitch your idea to the board of directors. Once you have a viable business idea you will learn how to sculpt a well prepared business plan. This is where we kick into action and start building our intangible assets.

Systemise and Scalability

To ensure your business moves from self-employment to self-sufficient, we need to learn how to systemise a business and ensure it is scalable within the growing world of e-business. In addition, we will look at financial planning in detail and teach you how to acquire finance. With a high focus on practical, real life experience, we give you another opportunity to pitch your idea to potential investors or build investors from an online platform.

Off to Market

Here you will learn how to create a sales funnel and capture the right leads specifically for your business, driving revenue and growth. You will learn how to read your ideal customer, how to be a creative advertiser (on a shoestring budget) and how to build an emotional connection with your audience turning each ideal customer into a raving fan.
